The deeply conservative and shepherd preacher will focus on preserving traditional values. His goals will reflect a commitment to holiness, scriptural truth unstained, and the practices of the early church. The theme: “Increase,” will inspire him to do things differently. Some of them will take these ground-breaking ways:
Increase In Spiritual Growth
Conservative preachers will aim to deepen the spiritual lives and experiences of their congregation. They will emphasize more on members participating and deepening their effort in prayer, fasting, personal Bible study and so on. They will also encourage them to watch towards becoming more like Christ as ways to help believers grow and draw closer to God.
Increase In Spiritual and Moral Revival
They will work intensely and extensively to restore Christian values in society. Their goal will be to fight against moral decay and spiritual lukewarmness. Their teaching about purity, modesty, and the fear of God will be solid, carrying deeper thrust and firm seriousness.
Some of them will begin to organize true revival programmes. Their aims in these events would be to see a church that is genuinely aflame for God. Men, women and children experiencing genuine Holy Ghost baptisms frequently will form the core for everything they plan. Their messages, songs, hymns, and all they do will bear this revival. Their hunger and thirst would be to see their members walking experientially with God.
Rural Evangelism
Unlike their modern counterparts, conservative preachers may not have the money to reach out to big cities. Most of them would focus on rural areas where savages can be found. They would aim to spread the gospel to remote villages, where they believe the message is most needed. This does not mean there are no ministers like this in the cities. Those in cities and town will not forget remote settings. In their evangelism programmes, villages, hamlets and remote settings rank top on their list.

Building Strong Families
They would focus on strengthening family units. The types of messages they would preach and teach would be designed to build homes, mold characters, turn minds to God, and raise men and women of enviable characters. Their goal would be to teach biblical principles on marriage, parenting, lifestyles, relationships and so on, just to build homes and raise a people that honor God. Their target would be to “let thy kingdom come; as it is in heaven, so on earth!”
Discipleship And Empowerment Programmes
Conservative preachers will prioritize mentoring new believers. They will not play with new converts. Such practices as follow-up will form the nucleus of their outreach efforts. They would set up Bible and baptismal classes, prayer groups, and leadership training to raise a new generation of faithful Christians.
If they organize a business or talent workshop, it will not be the one that someone would stand on the pulpit and be yelling out theories he, himself, has not even proven. They will make it a forum that brings together the church members and an experienced person. As the resource person dishes out business ideas, they will be weighing it on the Bible scale.
Attendees will have the opportunity to bombard the speaker with questions. This way, their members will not just go home with heads filled with excitement and empty theories. They will carry something substantial – tangible step-by-step ways on how to start something with their lives to make a living and become blessings to the church, themselves and their people.
Shared Goals Across Both Preacher Types
Despite their differences, modern-day preachers and their conservative seem to share common ground. Both of them want to see:
- Numerical Growth: They aim to increase the number of believers in their churches.
- Stronger Faith Communities: Both types work to create united, loving congregations.
- Impactful Ministry: They desire to make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
The Call to Action
The theme: “Increase” should challenge all preachers in AGN to go beyond their comfort zones and their personal interests. Whether through technology or tradition, urban centers, rural villages or whatever, every preacher is called to pursue growth in their unique way. But the ultimate aim is to make the kingdom of God increase and not their own kingdoms. The ultimate goal is the same: to lift His Name up so that He can draw all men to Himself. This will glorify God and expand His kingdom. AGN preachers must show the zeal that they are aware of the coming rapture. This should guide them in all that they do. As 2025 unfolds, all AGN preachers should ask themselves: How will I apply this year’s theme: “Increase”? Their answers will define their ministry, messages, songs, emphases, and how they will affect generations to come after 2025 is gone.
